It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert E. Hobbs Sr. (Bettendorf, Iowa), born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on January 24, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Hobbs and Madeline Hobbs (Kepper); his spouse Betty; his children, Susan Edwards of Ireland, Albert Hobbs Jr. (Shari) of Bettendorf, John Hobbs of Bettendorf and Joleen Hobbs of Bettendorf; and his brothers, James Hobbs of California, Dick Hobbs and Larry Hobbs. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
