Chap of Redondo Beach, CA, Peter J. Chap of Patagonia, AZ and Amy M. Meakin of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Hayden, Nolan, Joe, Cooper Chap, Chesed Chap, Carlos Chap and Matthew Meakin; and his brother Alan Rick Chap (Janet) of Chevy Chase.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Charles W. Chap Memorial Fund.
