McCormick and Gertrude Casey; his wife Juanita O'Brien McCormick; his children, Chris (Hugh Pries) of Bettendorf, IA, Brian (Lynn Wittenbrink) of Litchfield, CT, Sean (Diane Adams) of Gunnison, CO, Pat (Patrick Gartland) of Springfield, MO, Katy (Claude Baillargeon) of Toronto and Mike (Donna Kellick) of Minneapolis; his grandsons, Jake and Jeff Pries; his children, Leah Howard, Nicole Fowler, Kate McCormick, Charlie McCormick, Lauren Hefferon, Emily Ryan, Nick McCormick, Becca Smith, Matt Gartland (Gayle Newborn) of Wilmette, IL, Megan, Maxine McCormick, Ben and Molly McCormick; his daughter-in-law JoAnne Barber McCormick; his caregiver Tara Egger; his granddaughter Dr. Nicole Fowler; and also, Asher, Adie, Celia, Augustine, Maddie, Suzy, Jerome, Dominic, Bibi, Nolan, Quinn, Mac, Jayden, Charlotte, Noah, Abby, Luke, Peyton, Grayson, Jackson, Davis, Layla and Aubrey.
