He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Ramsay and Hazel M. L. Ramsay (Koontz); his siblings, Barbara Hatfield, Marilynne D. Panozzo, John E. Ramsay and James W. Ramsay; and his siblings' children, Danette Hatfield and James S. Ramsay.
