She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Robert and Mary Louise Johnson (Scott); and her sister Teresa "Teri" Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Haut; her children, Jeffery Haut (Samantha Moden-Nelson) of Bettendorf and Kelly O'Brien; her grandson Justin Parks; her great grandchild Emberly; and her nephew Rob Johnson (Jackie).
