Dwain P. Fugate Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwain P. Fugate of Bettendorf, Iowa, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Fugate and Opal L. Fugate (Carner); and his siblings, Kenneth, Berniece, Barbara and Beverly.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Diane Tetuan; his stepsons, Sean Macey (Emily) and Todd Macey; and his grandchildren, Hannah Tetuan, Chase Macey, Erik Macey and Linnea Macey.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Dwain's service and sacrifice.
