He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene C. and Leona Rome Sr. (Fries). He is survived by: his wife Donna Evans; his children, Tim of Toronto, IA, Rebecca Rome, Elizabeth Lindhoff (Mark) of LeClaire, IA and Jodi Airgood (Clifford "Joe"); his grandchildren, Matthew Rome of Cedar Rapids, IA, Josef Airgood (Riannon), Jakob Airgood of Durant, IA, Tyler of LeClaire, Kara of LeClaire and Samuel Lindhoff of LeClaire; and his siblings, Marilyn Pfitzenmair of Ames, IA, Beverly LaBate of Lansdale, PA and Gary Rome.
