It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Kirby of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kirby and Fay Kirby (Tuttle); his wife Alberta J. Boyd; his grandson Joseph Kirby; and his brothers, Arthur and Herb Kirby.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Kirby of Bettendorf and Mark Kirby (Patricia) of Bella Vista, AR. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Masks and social distancing guidelines will be required.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Wilton, Wilton Sunset Housing or the Wilton Library in his memory.
