She is survived by: her brother Dave Mashek (Sharon) of Spillville, IA.; her nephew Matthew Mashek; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Miranda of Jesup, IA., Mirrisa of Jesup, IA. and Amanda Ryherd of Mitchell, SD.; her brother James Mashek (Mary); her siblings' children, Troy David Mashek and Janice Mashek; and her great-niece Mercedes Mashek.
