He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Dixon and Bessa Dixon (LaFollette); his daughter Susan Dixon of Aurora; his granddaughters, Sara and Sharon Teager (Dixon); his children, Nathan, Kaitlyn and James (Shirley); and also Bill of East Moline.
Donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in lieu of flowers, during the memorial or online anytime.
