Jack Spratt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2020, at the age of 92, Jack Spratt (Bettendorf, Iowa) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Spratt to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harlie Spratt and Ann Spratt (Hurt); his wife Lillian J. "Tootie" Kosgard; his children, Debbie McNeil (Frank) of Bettendorf, Cyndee Clayton (Thomas) of Senaca, Pennsylvania and Stephen E. Spratt of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Minoru Underhill (Tomoko), Tracy Wood (Dustin), Michael Collins (Jen) and Rebecca Oakill (Brandon); his son Michael L. Spratt; and his brother Harlie A. Spratt. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, social distancing and face masks are requested.
