She is survived by: her children, Michelle Carroll of Bettendorf, Mark Vanderwerf of Sussex and Matthew White (Jennifer) of Bettendorf; and her siblings, Peter Palko of Findlay and Cathy Luisi of Kinnelon. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
