He is survived by: his wife Geri Shepard-Willett; his son James R. Willett, Jr.; his stepson Kevin Shepard (Kathy); his daughters, Karen DeMello of Mountain View, CA and Kate Bycroft (Bart) of Salina, KS; his sister-in-law Lynn Willett; and also, Logan (Danielle Voellinger), Jonathan (Alex Bycroft), Michael (Nick Shepard) and Michelle (David Mampre).
