She is survived by: her husband James Carpa of Bettendorf; her children, John Carpa (Bill VanBeene) of New Britain, Pamela VanCamp (Bobby Sturms) of Bettendorf, Laura Faircloth of Vinton and Kathleen Hippler (Troy Negus) of Davenport Iowa; her grandchildren, Brandon VanCamp, Cassidy Barker, Kaitlynne Barker, Rachel Hippler and Payton Hippler; her siblings, Diane Lee (Ron), Sharon Allen, Susie Rattin (Mike), Patty Keaton (Kevin), Dick Schultz, Jerry Schultz (Stella), Frank Schultz (Pat) and Donald Schultz; and her close friend Ginny Allen of Myrtle Beach.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Genesis Hospice or the Parkinson's Foundation.
