She is survived by: her parents, Martin Johnson and Freda Johnson (Seibel); her spouse George Kapinski; her children, Georgie Schroeder (Ron) of Bettendorf and Jerry Kapinski (Carol) of Lost Nation; and her sister Sharon Clemens. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 step great-grandchild; 7 great-great grandchildren.
