He is survived by: his parent Johnnie David (Waneta Woods) of Atlantic, Iowa; his wife Wendy Carnes; his children, Quenton Sims, Jaedyn Sims, Kaven Harwood, Liam and Elijah; his mother Judi Sims-Snow (Spires) of DeWitt; his sister Jessica Miller (Billy); his sibling's children, Kyle Rigsby, Billy Miller Jr., Benjamin Miller, Jude Miller and Jennifer Lange (Tim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoey McDonald, Gavin McDonald, Sebastian Lange and Ryan Sims (Dani); his children, Mackynna, Rhett and Freedom Sims (Nathan Wanders); his grandchildren, Camden and Gauge Sims; and his children, Harleigh Wanders and Johnnie Sims III (Caitlyn).
