It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Schwertman of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack August and Phyllis Jane Schwertman, Sr. (Murphy). He is survived by: his wife Penny Davis; his siblings, Patti Johnson of Davenport, Moline of Davenport, Mary Metz (Donnie) of Davenport, Mike Schwertman (Joyce) of Davenport, Steve Schwertman of Davenport and Jack Schwertman, Jr.; and his children, Corey Casey of Mesa, AZ, Melissa Schaefer of Mesa, AZ, Karlee Hollets and Hayden Northrup.
