It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Devol (Bettendorf, Iowa), born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Anderson and Ethel Anderson (Johanson). She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons-in-law, Cheri, Troy Hartz of Montezuma, Jamie and Jeff Kane of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Tara Zelle (Gina), Calvin Hartz (Riley), Ryan Kane (Mary) and Brandon Kane (Forest Kelly); her great grandchild Cooper Kane; and also, Darilyn, Ed Smith of Church Hill, Robin and John Claussen of Bettendorf.
