He was predeceased by: his siblings, Shirley Otto and Wayne Fuhrman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fowler; his children, Deb Smith (Sean), Michelle Jepsen (Wade), Lisa Fuhrman and Matt Fuhrman (Jennifer); his sister Janet Radke; and his grandchildren, Alexis Davis, Arianna Jepsen, Brianna Jepsen-Trapp, Lauren Fuhrman, Collin Jepsen and Alex Fuhrman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or the Bettendorf Lions Club.
