He was predeceased by: his parents, Elward Ledvina and Doris Ledvina (Barnhart); and his sister Marlys Smothers. He is survived by: his former spouse Sherrill Lendt; his wife Sherry of Bettendorf; his children, Joe Ledvina (Nancy) of LaCrosse and Lori Frye of Peoria; his grandchildren, Stefanie, Stacie (Nick), Brandon, Ryan (Taylor), Carrie and Shane; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Holle, Harper, Nora and Hudson; and his brother Lonnie Ledvina (Cindy) of DeWitt, Iowa..
