He was predeceased by: his parents, Kristine Olsen (Schmidt) and Soren Olsen. He is survived by: his children, Terry Olsen (Jackie) of Bettendorf, Doug Olsen of Davenport, Cynthia Bostic of Davenport and Lindy Crossley (Jake) of Littleton. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one step great-grandchild and his loving sister.
