He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Beuoy of Muncie; his wife Becky Ortner of Bettendorf; his children, Kendra Ortner (Marc Friedman) of Ashland and Jared Ortner (Alicia) of Slater; his grandchildren, Colden, Azalia, Emmet Friedman, Eden, Jameson and Maren Ortner; and his siblings, Dale Ortner of Cedar Rapids, Tom Ortner (Donna) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Nancy Tobin (Frank) of Hermann, Missouri.
