She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Goven and Olive Goven (Reber); her husband Loren W. Peters; her daughters, Carmen DeVoe and Teresa Peters-Fleming; and her siblings, Dorothy Frost, Eileen Busch, Bernice Moriarty, Jane Senger, Donald Goven, John Goven and Richard Goven.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Peters (Loretta) of California, Sandra Weigel (Dan) of Michigan and David Peters (Liza) of Bettendorf; her sons-in-law, John DeVoe of Iowa and Jim Fleming of Arizona; and her siblings, Carol Doyle of Virginia and Earl Goven (Darlene) of North Dakota.
