He was predeceased by: his father Edward C. Dilley; and his father-in-law John J. Wator. He is survived by: his mother Iona Kathleen Dilley (Grady); his wife Sue (Wator); his children, Kathleen White (Kevin), Nicholas, Eric (Dalani) and Joseph; his sisters, Nancy Gibbs (Brett) and Carol Jaudes (Chris); his mother-in-law Ann Wator; his siblings-in-law, Diane Vanderpool, John Wator (Vicki) and Jim Wator (Joan); and his friend Trino Leon. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Hope Lodge, Iowa City, Iowa, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Outreach Commission, Genesis Hospice or the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
