He is survived by: his children, Kelly Markham (Richard) and Scott Boyle (Kara); his granddaughters, Riley, Peyton Markham, Lucy and Ruby Boyle; his siblings, Sallie Lotz (Rick) and Patrick Boyle; his mother-in-law Geraldine Cook; and his close friend Joy Sellers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
