He was predeceased by: his parents, Mirinda Tracy and Loyde Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Etta Tracy; his children, Corey Tracy (Alyssa) of Joslin, Vickie Proehl (Mitchel) of Princeton Iowa and Matthew Tracy (Carrie) of Bettendorf Iowa; his grandchildren, Justice Price (Levi) of LeClaire Iowa, Ricky Proehl (Mackenzie Gropel) of Bettendorf, Ardalia Tracy, Americus Proehl, Ashtin Tracy, Zarin Tracy, Zaydin Tracy, Lexi Tracy and Konrad Tracy; his great grandchild Maverick Price; and his brothers, Jerry Tracy of Davenport Iowa, George Tracy of Washington and Leroy Tracy (Ann) of Davenport Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
