It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Conklin of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Zinger and Edith Zinger (Hinkle); her husband James E. Conklin; her brothers, Donald and Leonard Zinger; and her siblings' children, Donny Conklin, Michael Zinger, Greg Zinger, Leonard Zinger Jr. and Orba Zinger.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Lynda Kuehn (Bill Cardiff) of Davenport, Michelle Curtis (John) of Pleasant Valley, Thomas Zinger of Council Bluffs, Christy Bednarik (Tom) of Phoenix, Cathy Ehrecke (Dave) of LeClaire, Sharon Conklin of Bettendorf, Jeff Tharp (Jackie) of Blue Grass and Vickie Peterson (Dennis) of Davenport; and her friends, Donald and Chris Roberson of Davenport. She is also survived by twenty-four great-nieces and nephews along with their children.
Face masks will be required and social distancing will be observed.
Memorials may be made to a no-kill shelter of the Donor's choice.
