She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Edwards and Goldie Edwards (Said); her husband John Desmond Johnson Jr.; and her sister Nellie Shady. She is survived by: her daughters, Marla Johnson of Bettendorf and Laura; her son-in-law Brian Fawcett of Bettendorf; her son Scott Johnson of Cleveland Heights, Ohio; and her grandson William Fawcett of Bettendorf.
