With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Lewis Forster of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in Roseville, Illinois, who passed away on September 15, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Parks Kingsley and Florence Irene Forster (Hedges); his sister Lois (Vernon Parrish); his parents-in-law, Bernard and Claire Dingman (Kelly); his granddaughter Kathleen Therese Sullivan; and his nephew Mark Pieper.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Kathleen (Dingman) of Bettendorf; his daughter Caroline Claire Sullivan (Eric Michael Sullivan); his grandchildren, Ronan Forster Sullivan of Chicago and Claire Kelly Sullivan of Chicago; his sister Helen Forster of Webster Groves, Missouri.; his nieces, Bonnie Frels (Dale) and Peggy Parrish; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann McGuire (late Bernie) of St. Louis, Jeanne Pieper (Greg) of Saint Paul, Missy Dingman (late Bernard John) of Scottsdale, Dorothy McLaughlin (Michael) of St. Louis, Margaret Rector (John) of Buckeye and Jeffrey Stuffings (late Laura Dingman) of Longmont, Colorado..
