It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Tague (Bettendorf, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on November 28, 2018, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Bruce Filbrandt and Susan Filbrandt (Clayton); her spouse Kenneth Tague; her daughters, Cheyenna Nofsinger of Wisconsin and Savannah Tague of LeClaire; her grandchildren, Katelynn England, Kayden Osborne, Blake England and Colten England; her brother Paul Filbrandt of LeClaire; and her pets, Ted and Farrah. She is also survived by daughter, wife and mother, she enjoyed being with and working with children and was loved by them like a second mother.
