It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip Alan McNaught of Bettendorf, Iowa, born in French Camp, California, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale McNaught and Barbara McNaught (Lynch); and his daughter Krista Cuppy. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Foley; his daughters, Theresa Norman, Tina Wagner (Steve) and Brittney McNaught; his siblings, Nicki Dice and Janice Wilen; and his daughter Deseree Border. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
