He was predeceased by: his parents, George Isom and Velma Isom (Hiles); his son Steven; and his sister Alice Knepper. He is survived by: his wife Jane Isom of Bettendorf; his children, Brenda Bumann (Marshall) of LeClaire and Brian Isom (Lyn) of Mediapolis, Iowa; his brothers, Glen Isom of Danbury and Richard Isom of Missouri Valley, Iowa; his grandchildren, Sarah (Matt Flugge) of LeClaire, Rebecca Bumann of LeClaire, Jacob Bumann of LeClaire, Katerina Millizer (Kyle) of Burlington, Kortni Isom of Waterloo, Iowa and Nicholas Isom of Waterloo, Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Emery and Raymond Millizer.
