He is survived by: his children, Angela Quinones, Tony Quinones (Arasely), MaryAnne Quinones, Jennifer Nottingham Quinones (Matt) and Melanie Figueroa (Armando); his siblings, John Quinones, Pasqual Quinones Jr., Florence Briggs and Anita Lipes; his grandchildren, Ethan Figueroa, Madeline Nottingham, Sophia Figueroa and Max Nottingham; and his close friend Linda Watson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bettendorf VFW Post 9128 or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
