With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Watkins Sr. (Bettendorf, Iowa), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 17, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Watkins and Isabelle Behrens Watkins; and his spouse Eudora L. Carr March. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Suzanne Klein (Gunter) of Seattle, WA, Dr. Thomas Watkins (Nancy) of Aledo and David Watkins Jr. (Lale) of Yorktown, Virginia. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to Shriners Hospital for Children.
