He is survived by: his wife Michelle Bangert of Riverdale; his children, Jacob Musal of Bettendorf and Rafe Musal of Riverdale; and his siblings, Dawn Early (Sean) of Plainfield, Illinois, Scott Musal (Nell) of Jacksonville and Jason Musal (Chasity) of Davenport. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
