With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Harmon (Bettendorf, Iowa), born in Moscow, Idaho, who passed away on June 24, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Froman and Opal Froman (Hylton); her grandmother Bingo; her husband Art; her children, Kathy Morse of Puyallup, Washington, Gary Harmon (Donna) of Prairie Village, Kansas and Robert Harmon (Patty) of Bettendorf; and her brother Robert Froman (Monica) of Coeur D'Alene.

Memorials may be made to Genesis Hospice.
