He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Alma Magdalena Belk (Reitz); and his brother-in-law Marv Otto. He is survived by: his wife Twila Francisco of Pleasant Valley; his children, Laney McDougal (Devin) of Chicago, Ryan Belk (Kara) of Iowa City and Jesse Belk of Davenport; his grandchildren, Dylan, Leo, Samson and Noel; his sisters, Ruth Stivers of Davenport and Gail Otto of Maysville, Iowa.; and his brother-in-law Bob Stivers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to PVBC Deacon Fund.
