He is survived by: his wife Linda Maxwell; his grandchildren, Skylar, Greyson, Weston and Ellie; his mother Kay Maxwell; his brothers, Matthew Maxwell (Denise) and James Maxwell (Patty); his sister-in-law Stacey Maxwell; his mother-in-law Jean Tester; and also, Shawn Maxwell (Briana) and Sarah Denton (Matt).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for distribution to organizations the family will be choosing.
