He was predeceased by: his grandfather Wilbur Kohn. He is survived by: his parents, Chris and Meghan; his grandparents, Jeanne Kohn of Bettendorf, Janine Allen O'Daniel and John O'Daniel; his children, Abigail O'Daniel of Anthem, AZ, Harper Adolphson, Jakob Adolphson, Jeremy Adolphson, Emily Adolphson, Leighton O'Daniel, Sully O'Daniel, Emrick O'Daniel, Sylvia O'Daniel, Breeah, Aylah, Gauge, Dominick of Davenport and Gianna of Davenport; and also, Rick Kohn, Trish Kohn of Epworth, Patrick Kohn, Andrew O'Daniel and Heather O'Daniel.
In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to the Kohn Family Benefit, to be used for a memorial to be established in Will's name.
