It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Proctor of Blakesburg, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Arnold and Mary Arnold (Yenger); her granddaughter Krystal Elliott; her children-in-law, Ron Kesterke and Linda Proctor; and her siblings, Alma Daggitt, Anna Seipert, Edith Staffanou, Oral Staffanou and William Arnold.
She is survived by: her husband Warren Proctor; and her children, Floyd Proctor (Marge) of Unionville, Jo Kesterke of Dallas City, IL, Jim Proctor of Melrose and Debbie McKinney (Terry Strunk) of Dallas City, IL. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, thirteen great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Good Samaritan Society in Ottumwa.
