He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Blackwell; his daughters, Lisa Bish (Dickie) of Bloomfield and Rhonda Fenton (Joey) of Udell, Iowa; his grandchildren, Ashley Sly (Don) of Ottumwa, Miranda Wright of Conroy, Lauryn Wright of Conroy, Brandon Bish (Lori) of Bloomfield, Bradly Bish of Iowa City, Jolee Fenton (Cody Wilson) of Rathbun, Daylen Fenton of Udell and Makenley Fenton of Udell; his great grandchildren, Braydon, Austin, Maddox Sly, Tayden, Tucker Bish and Wynslee Wilson; his siblings, Betty Fairchild of Cedar Rapids, Connie Steinkruger of Bloomfield and Rex Blackwell of Bloomfield; and his sister-in-law Carol Chrisco of Eminence.
