She is survived by: her grandchildren, Julie Ellis of North Carolina, Kenneth Smalley of Montezuma, Stan Smalley Jr. (Raechel) of Oskaloosa, Jessica Smalley of Missouri and Waylon Smalley of Fort Riley, Kansas; and her siblings, Kathy Walker of Oklahoma, Darla Shanks of Oklahoma, James Walker Jr. of Oklahoma, Julie Walker of Oklahoma and Donna Crabb of Oklahoma. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
