Hay Jr. of Blue Grass, Iowa, born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hay and Ann Hay (Knorr); his wife Gloria; and his sister Adeline Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Snyder (Dave), Milan, Carol Parr (Jeff) and Carl "Buddy" Hay (Paula); and his grandchildren, Cindy Bisby (Phil), Milan, David Snyder (Amy), Scott Snyder, Bettendorf, Kelly Parr, Kristen Parr, Adam Hay and Stephanie Hay. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
