With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fredrick C. Winters (Blue Grass, Iowa), born in Fairfield, Iowa, who passed away on May 13, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Edward and Betty Joyce Winters (Brobston); and his daughter Laura Hart. He is survived by : his wife April Felton; his children, Chris Winters (Amy) of Buffalo and Becky Couper (Jason) of Davenport; and his siblings, Kathy Burroughs of Milan, Rodrick Winters of Minneapolis and Jeffrey Winters of Mount Pleasant, Iowa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
