She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Caldwell and Amanda Caldwell (Holt); and her granddaughter Emily. She is survived by: her children, David and Teresa "Terri" Otis; her granddaughters, Brandy Storm of Stratford, IA and Mindy Bassett of Boone, IA; and her great grandchild Kallie Otis.
