She was predeceased by: her parents, George Redmon and Amanda Redmon; her husband Robert Blomgren; her son Douglas; her daughters-in-law, Julienne and Ann; her grandson David; and her siblings, Irene, Evelyn and Newt.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Ellie) of California, Richard (Barb) of Boone and Catherine (Brian) of Boone. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
