She was predeceased by : her parents, Carlos Alvarado and Minerva Alvarado (Martinez); and her parents-in-law, Donald and Bertha Seehusen. She is survived by : her friend Cindy Nichols; her husband Alan Seehusen of Exira, Iowa; her son Don (Bethany Seehusen); her grandchildren, Cai of Columbus and Rexford of Columbus; her daughter Annie (Spencer Roland); her grandchildren, Olivia of Atlantic, Grayson of Atlantic and Piper of Atlantic; her children, Katie Seehusen and David (Torrey Seehusen); her grandchildren, Leo of Thousand Oaks, California and Micah of Thousand Oaks, California; her sister-in-law Denise (Paul Jesse) of Lake City, Iowa; her niece Angie (Lane Kalkwarf) of Rockwell City, Iowa; and her nephew Bobby (Deecy Jesse) of Lucan, Minnesota. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethany Evangelical Free Church (2144 310th St, Brayton, IA 50042). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

The family prefers memorials to The Hospice of the Midwest in Guthrie Center, Iowa or the Hansen House in Harlan, Iowa.
