She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Raymond and Elma Caroline Vannoy Murphy; and her siblings, Juanita Meeker, Lucille Kratz, Carl Murphy, Leona Parks, Gearld Murphy, Howard Murphy and Lloyd Murphy.
She is survived by : her husband Jack Lee Middlekoop; her children, Jack Jr. and Jill Dahlstrom (Shawn) of Packwood; her grandchildren, Kooper (Taylor Myers) and Shea Dahlstrom; and also, Makenzie of Packwood, Sven of Packwood, Mason of Packwood and Trison Dahlstrom of Packwood.
