He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Pickar and Anna Mae Pickar (Spradling); his siblings, Michael, Randy and Kathy; his grandchildren, Aryanna, Alex and Troy Jr.; and his great grandchild Lucion.
He is survived by : his wife Diane Hauge; his children, Audrae Hoeft (Kris), Carrie "Jo" Snyder (Joe), Jeffrey Allen Pickar, Tracy Wood (James), Travis Wiebke (Julie) and Troy Wiebke (Emily); his brothers, John Pickar (Nancy) and Allen "Al" Pickar (Tammy); and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Pickar and Marshall Knowles. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
