He is survived by : his former life partner Delores Ann Krebsbach; his wife Dee; his children, Kevin of Algona and Kathy of Mankato, MN.; his grandchildren, Jack of Mankato, Rachel of Mankato, Nick of Mankato and Emily of Mankato; his siblings, Albert Kahler (Mary) of Bancroft, Tony Kahler (Lael) of Bancroft, Barb Ruzicka (Richard) of Belleville, IL, Allen Kahler (Deb) of Ceylon, MN, Betty Hanson of Blue Earth, MN, Kenny Kahler (Elaine) of Bancroft and John Kahler (Pam) of Bancroft; and his sisters-in-law, Ginger Krebsbach of Algona and Pam Krebsbach of Blue Earth, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
